Exactly what an adapter should be
Simple, effective, and well made. Works for my mixing board to connect any audio source. No additional noise when using it. I haven't noticed any problems with a fit, neither too big or small. It will connect with any 1/4" and 1/8" size jacks. Solid value compared to other adapters.

Serves its purpose!
I bought this Disino 1/4" Mono to 1/8" Stereo Adapter to use with my Akai Pro Solo EWI. Something went wrong with the headphone jack on the instrument rendering it unusable. I use this adapter so I can connect my headphones to the 1/4” TS line output on the instrument and get audio input purposes both ears. It works great! No problems whatsoever.

Very good adapter for 1/4” mono to 1/8” dual channel output.
Perfect Sound and nice compact fit that doesn’t put a stress load on the audio port. Monaural to dual channel output. Exactly as advertised!!! Quality of the adapter is also very good!

Does the job, but is finicky.
Adaptor is made well and feels professional, but in practice it doesn’t justify the nearly $6.00 price tag. It converted the mono signal out of my mixer to both left and right sides of my headphones. But I had to have my headphone cable plugged in just right or it would flake out and be a mono signal only in the left ear. Also, the connection feels too tight compared to other 3.5mm (1/8th inch) jacks. You really have to force the cable into the adaptor. It’s seems that I have the best results by twisting and inserting my headphone cable into the adaptor to hear out of both channels.
