Tasty alternatives
Out of all vegan meat style slice alternatives, I have only really found these to be the best. They have both a nice taste and texture, and don't smell funky like some other options do.Perfected with some violife slices for a faux ham and cheese sandwich!

Good replacement for animal-origin ham
I stopped eating red meat and pork several years ago. However, I've always missed ham. It was a part of my childhood with Polish parents: sandwiches made with heavily buttered slices of white bloomer bread, ham and sliced gherkins. This Quorn ham works so well as a substitute so I can recreate those sandwiches. I also use it in omelettes and fried together with an egg to stuff between slices of bread for a breakfast sandwich. The price is a bit daunting, but I do treat myself a couple of times a month.

Lovely
Great with lettuce and a Vegan Cheese. To my mind, it could be a little stronger in flavour, but it's probably already too strong for some.

Delicious and satisfying, good on a jacket potato or in a sandwich.

Mild in flavour, and I don't know if pig ham is like that, but the flavour was too subtle for me.
