It is red so you will need couple of coats of silver to cover well

Water based. Do not use unless there is no humidity in the air, it will not stick.
I bought this to primer so zinc coated repairs in my Landrover. Despite being undercover it was not drying in the humid air so I left it overnight. By the next day it had washed itself off. It took me 3 days to get a coat on that stuck.
