5+ actually! This stuff is great, banana flavor and mint-chocolate are my favorites, actually delicious. The flavor is light, almost fluffy, not overpowering, and with those two, there’s no chalk or vitamin-y taste. It’s difficult to start substituting meals. But do this once, and you’ll see it kicks hunger. Only caveat, it DOES have an expiration date you have to watch. So keep it in the fridge and pour it over ice. I am very picky about this kind of product and never found one this good.

These are my favorite of the Soylent meal replacement flavors. I drink like half of one when I wake up in the night hungry, but I’ve also used them for work or long commutes. Fill you up for a good hour or two, just don’t forget these don’t replace drinking water. The banana flavor is somewhat more candy banana than real banana, if that matters to you. It’s not overly sweet (to me at least, and I dislike very sweet beverages).

I have bought these so many times now I’m losing count but the banana is the absolute best flavor!!!! I love banana like banana everything I even add a banana to it etc 😁 so I would highly highly recommend IF you like banana and these have their own unique banana taste that soylent perfected too & they’re fairly good for you as far as these type shakes go, My only main complaint like others say is the price gets way too high at times, so anytime I see a deal, especially I try to snag more.

Banana is the best flavor. This is a useful food product. It helps stave off hunger when you've gone too long without eating. The texture is smooth and it keeps well. The mouthfeel is great chilled and enjoyable at room temperature. The shake is not thin or thick, but it does have a rich mouthfeel. Honestly, I am shocked by the current price. At a price above $3.50 per bottle, the shake is no longer a great value for me. However, it's convenient to carry when you're out, busy, and don't want to or cant stop to have a meal.

So, I have a nausea issue. sometimes I don't eat for days. I have lived off of these for weeks at a time. The banana and original flavors are the best for that. 5 stars.

Extremely Honest Seller and Great Products

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this drink i am not a fan of soy pruducts .it goes down easy the banana taste is great just right not overwhelming ,it does the job after drinking it I wasn't hungry for about 4 hours no stomach issues definitely worth Checking out

Banana flavor is just awful. Doesn’t taste line bananas at all and has a god awful after taste that will linger with you all day. I love bananas so I figured I’d give a try, not for me. I’ll stick with mint chocolate as it’s flavoring and consistency doesn’t haunt me all day.

Its actually really tasty, it tastes like banana bread & only complaint is it has a slight after-taste of artificial sweetener. I'm glad I purchased it & will be trying the vanilla one next. Its got a great amount of nutrients for when I'm struggling to eat solids. Will definitely purchase again.
