Excellent cable for charging new style 'C' phones, readers etc while using an older style 'A' charging plug. (Saves having to dispose of older plugs as obsolete! which does not seem ecologically sensible) Well made as with other Belkin products. Excelent USB cable ! I purchased it mostly to transfer data. Very reliable, with fast transfer rates. This particular one, beeing braided, gives it a sturdy look and it's a very good option mainly for data transfers. I will buy it again if needed.
