I took this for the many benefits associated with consumption of Natto. However, if you do a quick Google for "Nattokinase insomnia", you will find an article finding strong correlation with Nattokinase and insomnia so you may want to avoid this product if you have insomnia or if you start to have it after taking it.

It seems to have helped but caused insomnia - I take the second dose before 5pm to avoid that and have recently went to one dose and the nightmares stopped after a couple of days. It does seen to reduce my nitro need while active on 2-3 mile walk.
