I buy this for my husband a lot. He loves it because one he likes the taste and the flavor for this particular one. It has caffeine to help boost his drive when he is cycling 365 days a year. Easy to mix, great effectiveness especially when he does Ragbrai and other sporting events. Just wish it didn't cost so much but it works for him.

I love Nuun and recommend it, but I ordered an 8-pack, sold by Amazon, and two tubes were partly opened. I opened one of the fully-sealed tubes, and the tablets look like they were exposed to heat or moisture. They are usable, but I think it can affect how well they dissolve.

A friend pulled these out when we went out for bottomless mimosas, she said they would keep you hydrated while drinking. I’m not much of a drinker so when she put it in my water I didn’t think much of it. On the first sip I was blown away, it was delicious, orange mango with a hint of bubbles (I guess that’s how to explain it) Anyway I ordered some while sitting at the table. They are a little pricy but it helps me to get the right amount of water daily something I’ve always struggled with.

My favorite flavor, have one each morning since I’m not a coffee drinker. Hydrating, light caffeine via green tea. . Drop a tab in cold water, stir, and, drink. Sometimes I mix in collagen, (unflavored), and add a packet of vitamin C, (orange flavored).
