mistake in my order
recieved and look beautiful but they send me two of the nine beads. im missing 8 beads. how can we solve this problem? otherwise i would had given 5 stars

So small that it’s not possible to give a proper presentation
I bought this a few months ago but only just took it out to give a presentation. As I was practicing, i realized I can’t stack the ten bars adjacent to each number on the board as the length of each number is smaller than the bead bars! It’s ruining the presentation. It should be like the second pic. I want a refund!
