Is it "sticky" - that is, does it have any type of adhesive on it? And if it does, is there any residue at all left on things that have been wrapped?

It clings to whatever you use- bowl, can, glass- when you press on the sides. . No adhesive in the traditional sense, no residue. I don't know how it works. It doesn't cling to itself like the other stuff. One side has the the whatever on it that seals it in place. Nothing on the other side. I read the box. They are calling it griptex technology. It doesn't explain what that means. No residual though. The sealing side is mildly sticky with hundreds of little dots on it. You can re-seal a couple times. So something that makes it adhere in a very benign way.

Absolutely! I use it a lot to freeze things.

What is the size/amount off wrap in this package?

They are large rolls. 140 sq. feet. The package also says 47.4 yards x 11.8 inches wide. Seems like twice as much as a regular size roll of wrap.

Can this be put in the microwave?

As a rule, I don't pur plastic bags in the microwave so I haven't tried to. I really don't know
