Tiny (6mm) jump rings, very small, flexible and twist nicely with two pairs of pliers. Once twisted the ends are not flush cut so they don’t line up properly causing the end product to look sloppy. Benefit is they come on a wee hard case that you can snap closed and reuse to keep the hundreds of rings together.

It was brutal trying to put this together! The instructions were very vague. When I used it for the first time it’s almost painful on the ankles as it does not provide Adequate support for hanging a whole human by only the ankles i think calf supports would be much better.
