I’ve been using the Oakter UPS since July 2024. It worked well for more than two years and gave me reliable backup during power cuts without any problems. A few days ago, I noticed that the UPS was no longer giving backup, even though it was charging properly. I contacted Oakter support and shared the details they asked for. After checking the issue, they confirmed that the UPS needed to be replaced. I’m happy with the way the support team handled the issue. They were helpful and responsive throughout the process, and there was no unnecessary back-and-forth. It was a little disappointing that the UPS developed a problem after around two years, but I appreciate that Oakter supported me and agreed to replace the unit even after the 1 year of warranty is already over. Overall, I had a good experience, mainly because of their after-sales support. Hopefully, the replacement unit works well and lasts for many more years.

I purchased the Oakter Mini UPS for my WiFi router on 25 August 2025. I have been using it with my JioFiber router (12V, 2.5A), and it worked well for almost a year, providing useful backup during power cuts. One thing I really like is its compact and lightweight design. It weighs around 240g, so it doesn't take up much space and is easy to install/use with the router setup. However, just before the 1-year warranty expiry, I noticed that the backup time had drastically reduced to only around 10–20 minutes. I contacted Oakter regarding the issue, and this is where I had a very good experience. They provided a replacement unit completely free of cost. I didn't even have to return the old UPS. They only asked me to cut the wire of the old unit and send them a photo for verification. There were no additional charges or complicated replacement process. The reduced battery backup before the warranty expiry was obviously disappointing, but I appreciate that Oakter honoured the warranty and provided a hassle-free replacement. Overall, the product worked well for nearly a year, is compact and lightweight, and my experience with Oakter's after-sales/warranty support has been excellent. For me, the warranty service is a major positive point.

Excellent mini UPS for uninterrupted Wi-Fi! This Oakter Mini UPS works seamlessly with my 12V Wi-Fi router. Whenever there’s a power cut, it switches to backup immediately with no noticeable interruption, so the Wi-Fi stays connected, especially useful during office calls, Teams meetings, and work-from-home. The product has been reliable and does exactly what it promises, at a very affordable price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for uninterrupted Wi-Fi during power cuts. I also had a minor issue recently and was genuinely impressed with the customer support. The service team responded promptly and provided clear troubleshooting steps and an immediate resolution. This only works for 1 year. Exactly after 1 year, this wont give much backup & has issues related to power transmission. I guess, this is designed such a way that it only works for 1 year & then boom once your warranty ends, it shows its true colors. 3 star because - For that 1 year, it worked fine.

The Build and compatibility are good, am using it for airtel router and no issues with the product as long as it worked. However, battery backup reduced to 25 minutes or so within 8 months. Nice thing is that I have reached out to the brand they were able to provide a replacement under the warranty period. Apart from that, everything is top notch and the product is reliable and value for money as well. It's a simple plug and play setup.
