I used the Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump daily before switching to a hands-free electric pump, and it was such a reliable staple for me. I even used it to collect colostrum before my son was born, which alone made it worth having on hand. Even now, I still reach for it occasionally because sometimes it’s honestly easier than hooking myself up to an automated pump—especially for quick sessions or when I don’t want to deal with cords and setup. The handle is comfortable, suction is effective, and I love the two-phase expression that mimics baby’s natural nursing rhythm. It’s quiet, easy to clean, portable, and dependable. I truly think every breastfeeding mom should have one of these, even if you plan to use an electric pump most of the time.

Used this all the time until I got my first pair of wearables. Works great. Sometimes I’d use it if I didn’t feel like hooking up to pumps. Great suction, got great output. Easy to clean and simple to use. Love it!!

I didn’t have much success using this after my first baby. But after my second, holy cow! I had a much larger output in about half the time compared to using my Spectra pumps (S1 and SG). It’s so small and easy to carry around. I did find that after a while, the suction wasn’t great even after replacing the valves, but getting a new pump (or at least new handle) seemed to work. I did have to buy smaller flanges, which was a bit of a bummer because they were not so cheap at the time, but I have seen them on clearance at a few places recently.

For me it’s too much suction but it’s a great pump in a pinch. I used this as my primary pump until my spectra came in. And I keep this in my diaper bag now in case I’m out and about and need to pump. Sterilizing with the microwave bags has been a huge help for me too.

This is the only breast pump one could ever need. This is my second baby using only this pump while working full time and feeding my baby only breastmilk, even though I have the much more expensive electric options available. I get more milk, more quickly than any of the other pumps I have ever used. I am able to pump 4-8 ounces each session in five minutes at max! Truly efficient, but also super simple to transport and clean each day. I cannot recommend this pump enough for the working mamas who need easy and efficient options! As with any pump, the key to getting the most milk is to ensure you have the proper fitting flange for your body, and maintain all valves and membranes for optimum suction. I am 6 months pp and have been using this pump exclusively to supply my baby while working a full time office job. My first baby was breastfed the same way for 15 months. If in doubt, this is the one to gamble on.

I loved this pump when it was working. I ordered it on 12/29 and today is 1/6. Got a few used out of it and then it stopped suctioning. I went onto the instagram and TikTok to try to troubleshoot since it seems many other people were having the same issue with the suction suddenly stop working. The troubleshooting did not work, I’m returning and will be ordering the lansinoh hand pump to see if it’ll work longer until my spectra parts come in. When it works, it was great. Just a shame it stopped working so fast.

My first breast pump and my first time breast feeding! This pump is great! easy to disassemble and clean. Manual Hand pump so you go at your own pace. Came with 4 breast milk storage bags which was great and very thoughtful, the pump also doubles as a storage container for the milk you just pumped . Also came with a booklet filled with great information on just about any question you could have about the pump and process of breast feeding .

Sou doadora de leite e achei este o método mais fácil para extração de leite materno. É bastante simples, só deixar fluir enquanto o bebê mama o outro seio. É bem mais confortável de usar que a bomba elétrica, o silicone molinho faz um bom vácuo na mama. Achei a vedação e o conforto no seio bem melhores que a coletora da Nuby. Me alivia bastante quando o seio está muito cheio, não me machuca e não faz bagunça.

hands down one of the most practical baby items we’ve owned. it’s compact, lightweight and so easy to use — perfect for quick pumping without needing to deal with wires, charging or bulky equipment. the personalfit flex shields make a real difference in comfort, and pumping feels smooth and controlled without needing much effort. it’s quiet, efficient and easy to clean, which matters a lot when you’re tired and just want things done quickly. and if time isn’t really an issue, this works wonders compared to the very expensive wear and tear you get on automatic pumps. it does the job just as well without all the stress on motors and parts - and we have 3 electric pumps but none of them can beat how much milk this one can get. my wife use this both at home and when out, and it’s been reliable every single time. simple, well-designed and genuinely useful.
