Perfect little beach kite for me, and the only one I've ever been able to fly!
I hadn't tried to fly a kite since grade school, recently moved to the beach and loved watching everyones kites. Not having much faith in myself, I didn't want to spend much and was looking for something small and portable to toss in my beach bag. I was never able to fly a kite as a kid and didn't think I could as an adult either...but this little guy is perfect and goes right up! Folds right back up and tucks back into the little bag it came with. This is perfect for kids, beginners & challenged people like me! ~It has become a permanent addition to my beach bag, and have used it almost every weekend for months now. I tie it onto my backpack and walk the beach, and the little kids just love to see it fly. It's small, portable and seems to be very durable thus far, plus it's nice and colorful. My husband laughed at me, but even he is happy with my purchase of this cute little easy flying kite!

Great for fun!
I love it. Lightweight and compact. I keep it in the back seat pocket of my car and take it on hikes and camping and the beach. Easy to use. Flys well when there’s enough wind.

colorful little kite
Nice kite, it was smaller than I was thinking it would be....but still lots of fun! Easy to fly and handles the crazy Wyoming wind just fine.

Beautiful bright strong
My husband purchased this for our 3 year old daughter it came a day early and is so beautiful. The colors are so bright and the 2 tails are long so they flap around crazy like. My daughter loves it and people come up to tell us how cool it is. It's simple and awesome at the same time. It fell in some bushes that had pokey sticks and it did not rip. It comes in a little clear carrying case so when your done you just fold it up and put it in its case so it won't get damaged. It folds very small and easy to do and doesn't leave creased lines in it. Highly recommend especially for great price

Perfect for kids!
As I am posting this review I realized we may have had the kite inside out the entire time but we had no issues and so much fun! Flew with even a light breeze. We accidentally let go at one point and it gently fell maybe 20 feet away eliminating any fear of losing our new favorite kite. Cheap but not cheap in quality, the perfect kite to keep in the car or beach bag for hours of fun!

Wow!! Amazing Little Kite!!!
I bought this with my 6 and 4 year olds in mind. .... and it is an amazing little kite! We live in New Mexico and the wind blows what seems like 360 days out of the year. Perfect for flying kites. That is unless you weigh 45 lbs and a strong gust comes along. Well, this kite isn’t any bigger than stick and news paper kites I made as a kid, but this one actually flys! Today was one of the few days where the wind was actually a very gentle 3 or 5 mph breeze. With the barest of effort, I had it up and flying pretty steady. It took no time before I had about 150 feet of line run out and my 6 year old flying his first kite! It was amazing and easy-peasy for him to fly.

Finicky
I was excited to buy this after using a sled style kite previously and found it incredibly easy and fun to fly. unfortunately this particular kite was very particular about wind speed. Too low and it couldn't get in the air, too high and it would furiously spin in circles and dive bomb itself into a crash landing. I suppose there was a sweet spot where it would hold steady, and tying the tail streamers together improves stability somewhat. at the time of purchase, the product description didn't mention anything about wind speed, but upon opening the package it did note medium wind. Boy, they aren't kidding about that.

I'm 73 And I'm Having The Time Of My Life Flying This Kite!
There is nothing to break. It flies in 6 mph wind. I simply sit down in the park, take the kite out of my knapsack, unfold it, and let the breeze take over. Usually in seconds, it's 20 feet off the ground. And then, I just let out as much string as I like. I'm low-vision, so I keep the string length fairly short. In fact, I'm flying this rainbow kite partly for an eye exercise. It helps my eyesight to track it in the Seattle sky. When the wind is more problematic -- changeable, gusty, etc., it's actually more fun to fly. It requires me to walk around, keep focused, play out the line, real it in... I get a workout. It will do loops and dives; it dances. And guess what? I have met so many people at the park, who want to visit when they see this old man flying his kite! And... I let them try their hand at it! One little girl had never flown a kite in her life; a young woman -- same story. They loved it. I've purchased 5 in all, because I lose them in the trees, or on the water. My fault; not the kite's. I'm still in a learning curve. Part of the fun.
