my printer doesn't work

I really needeed it,it works very well,it 's value the money,it doesn't make no loud noise. it has its own WIFI,or you can use your WIFI.

I bought this printer for basic printing. i used the thing two different times in the span of a year, printing about 15-20 pages total AT MOST (im being very generous here because i don’t have exact numbers, but im pretty confident the number is closer to 10 pages) i tried to print one more page after a few months and it wouldn’t print. i couldn’t print diagnostic pages because neither the black ink nor the color ink would work. i went through the process of cleaning the cartridges with the options the HP app gave me, i even did a “deep cleaning” feature they offered me after 3 cleanings in a row didn’t work. i cleaned the cartridges manually as well and nothing worked. the most i could get out of this machine at that point was very VERY faint light blue in the diagnostic pages, and even then it was too light to make out what had been printed on. i gave up and found the only option i truly had through the insurance i had bought (thank god i bought it too cause it had been over a year since i purchased the printer) was to return it and i gladly did. the only good thing about the printer was the scanning feature, which did fairly well for scanning some images i had wanted digital. still the process of having to use the HP app and be connected to my wifi through the entire process was annoying. good riddance fr

Itis a bit tircky to get printer to be shared on network and I sometime have to unplug it and restart for it to allow it to be recognized via network. I would caution users to print on one side only unless really necessary. It has the capability to print two-sides, but jamming is much more likely of you use that. The ink cartriges that came with it ran out well below expected. I printed only about 60 pages (not full pages) and had to buy replacement cartridges in a hurry. I expect 3rd part vendor cartridges (XL) wolll last longer than the XL supplied by HP with the printer. This printer cannor be connected with a cable (ethernet). there is a tape over the slot. So it must be used wirelessly.

I bought this printer for college because I find it helpful for online classes to not have everything on a computer screen. I’ll print out work sheets to take notes and do drafts and transfer everything to computer later, I find it saves a lot of time. This printer came in perfect shape, all cables, ink, nothing broken. It was a breeze for me to set up and start printing right away. It does exactly what I need it to do, I wasn’t expecting the quality from higher priced printers nor do I print pictures with it. The ink cartridges are on small side, but the two pack of color and black cartridges is super affordable and that was one of the deciding factors for why I chose this printer. I did buy mine open box so I saved a bit of money on it. Overall I found it a great value for the money I spent and it is s perfect for what I needed it for

Easy to set-up and functions well. The color quality is good. It’s not to big nor small fits my small bookshelf with space left over.

I was in a pickle and needed a printer FAST. During COVID, all of the printers have been limited supply so I felt I would take a chance on this one. First thing I noticed about this printer when I received it was there were NO instructions. You are instructed to download an app (HP Smart) and configure it all from there, however when I tried, the app wouldn't find any WiFi networks (when I knew there were plenty in my apartment building). THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IF YOU HAVE ISSUES SETTING UP: 1. Plug in the printer 2. Place ink inside and paper in the feeder 3. It will print a page (that I have attached in photos just in case) to help you set up 4. Hold down the WiFi button AND the cancel button for 3 seconds until the power button flashes 5. Move onto the app to continue configuring - it will "find" the printer and then allow you to connect to WiFi They made this printer unnecessarily complicated to set up but once it is up, it works like a charm and you are even able to change the printer's email address. I tried to set this bad boy up on 4 different attempts and had to walk away 3x because it wouldn't connect to WiFi and I got frustrated. Happy with my purchase now, but I was about to throw it out the window for a second there... Anyways, overall, if you are tech-savvy, I would recommend this printer! I just suggest to the manufacturer that it COMES WITH the instruction sheet rather than making you print it prior to setting it up... that was odd.

This item is refurbished but has been a good printer so far! This is my first experience of having a refurbished HP Deskjet 4155e

Al principio pensé que había sido una excelente compra, precio-calidad excelente…. ELPROBLEMA Querer conseguir los cartuchos es imposible al menos en México, son del número 67, que no los encuentras en tiendas físicas, aquí en Amazon cuestan 1,200 pesos cada cartucho. Trate de buscarlos en la tienda de HP directo, porque en la impresora tiene pegado un letrero que tiene la opción de comprarlos, y nos los manejan en la tienda de HP. Y rellenarlos se puede SI…….PERO la impresora los detecta y bloquea las impresiones DESILUCIONADA DE LA COMPRA CONSIDERO QUE ES UNA IMPRESORA DESECHABLE

Cumple su función, de hecho el que pueda mandar las impresiones desde el celular le da un plus, solo que, el cartucho a color que traen me fallo a los 2 días, marcaba vacío y error cuando lo tenían puesto.
