Good cloth tape for automotive applications, not sure about high heat applications but if you’re doing fog lights or stereo wiring and want things neat while reducing the possibility of rattling its hard to go wrong with this. Nice and sticky but still easy to work with, its not very stretchy but i wouldn’t assume it to be. The tape also tears nice and cleanly leaving a nice clean look almost like factory if you take your time.

I purchased this tape to use in DIY projects to help with cable management. I've used it around the house as well as in some vehicles for wiring, and it's been a pretty solid performer. I find it pretty easy to work with. I've not had any issues with adhesion with any wiring projects I've done. This stuff sticks pretty well and having applied it over 8 months ago, I can say that it is still holding up strong, in both engine bays and climate controlled environments. One thing I have noticed is the adhesive seems to have seeped through the tape in some areas giving it a sticky residue. I've covered this with some wire loom, but did want to make mention of this. The automotive wiring I've done is holding up great as well. It seems to have a pretty decent heat resistance level, and as the tape is not separating or peeling away, I'd say it's holding up in this situation quite well. I like that I am able to easily tear it while using/applying it, but it seems to be durable after application. As I stated, it's pretty easy to work with, meaning I don't need scissors or a blade to cut it for quick jobs. For the price and overall quality, this tape is a winner.

This stuff worked much better than vinyl electrical tape that I've used for year. Stays adhered when wrapping wires. Easy to tear off. I'll be using this from now on.

Great product for wrapping electrical wire or wire harness. It wraps nicely and stays in place without a bunch of sticky glue residue. Also removes easily and cleanly if needed. Much better than vinyl electrical tape for car audio.
