Lava Curl Shot, Hair Curling Wand For Voluminous, Shiny & Long-Lasting Curls, Lower Temperature, Ergonomic, Comfortable Design For Easy Use

I’ve been debating getting a Dyson or shark hair wrap or hot rollers. I have very long hair (down to my waist), and I have only use normal curling irons or wand before, which are ok but take a long time. My shoulders ache after curling all my hair, so I don’t do it often. For my birthday, I gifted myself the Chi Lava curling iron. I tried it for the first time today using a medium setting. After 5 min or less, I had a full head of awesome curls!! Omg omg omg, this thing is amazing! It heats up in a minute, and then that cold shot sets the curl. Already spreading the word to other friends and family :)

I was very skeptical at first but with not having much luck with the iron or curling wands etc and knowing I could return it if it didn't produce the result I wanted, I bought it. I've had naturally curly hair my entire life and pretty much wore it natural but decided I wanted to do something different. I had no experience with irons or wands and outside of a flat iron to wear it straight i was unsuccessful at achieving a curl or wave with these tools. I'm not sure if it's the design or something else, but this tool is amazing . I was able to get the soft wave or curl thst I've been only able to get from my hair dresser when I go in for service, not as good, but good enough for me. If this sounds like you try this tool, obviously we are all different but if this worked for someone like me , who is clumsy at best when it comes to styling hair with these tools, it should work for anyone that fits into that category.

It makes great curls. I have longer hair, very fine, very dense. Colored with about 50% grey. Very healthy, very tight cuticle. Curl-resistant. I was easily able to get a smooth-consistent curl. But the "cool-shot" feature intended to set the curl faster or better only blew hot air, thus was a non-functional feature. The device was easy-to-use, but I returned it because the larger square housing the cool-shot blast-of-air feature was useless thus an obtrusively benign space. I am now looking for just a curling wand, or considering a new straight iron to replace it. It really did work very well. But the part of me unwilling to use a hair device housing a functionless feature won the debate.

Curls last long, reduces frizz, gives volume. I have curly hair but I iron it and now I use this tool which perfects the look.
