Great Flavour I chose watermelon, easy to mix if u start with a small amount of water and dry powder mix well first then top up with water. Value for money: Larger amount for less

If you're looking for something that isn't as thick as most protein powders, this one is sweet tasting and is more like juice. It can be a bit too sweet at times so I use a bit less powder and dilute it.

Mixes well

When I first received my package I was told to shake it then let it rest for 15 seconds. I did that and there was still so much powder left so I did it over and over and over again Eventually the powder dissolved, but then there was another problem. See if you want it to have the consistency of a fruit juice I recommend you let it sit for ~5 minutes Otherwise the taste was pretty good (I got the watermelon flavour) it just has a bit of a bitter after taste but you can deal with it

To help with training and fitness this product dissolves well tastes good and keeps my hunger at bay

If you don't like sweet then this is not for you, but I love it. Bought it before from myprotein, but they have stopped doing this flavour and it is actually cheaper on Amazon as no postage. I don't get why people can't mix it. I put it in a cup with a lid with 300ml water, shake it for about 30-45 seconds, It then goes very foamy and you have to leave for about 30 seconds to settle. I add some ice to a glass and pour it in. No bits, no more foam, just a clear juice. Like I said if you like sweet this is for you, but if not then don.t buy it. I have 2 a day which gets me to almost half my daily protein goal.

Proteine in polvere buonissime, ma ho ricevuto entrambe le confezioni con data di scadenza a breve periodo, ordinate a dicembre 2024 con scadenza febbraio 2025. Un po’ disonesto da parte vostra
