Mission Engineering Inc Helix Expression Pedal W Toe Switch - Black Finish

I bought the Line6 expression pedal for ~$60ish dollars first. Mistake. That thing is a giant piece of junk. Line6 should be embarrassed for even having it under their brand.Anyhow, this is a pedal's pedal. It's heavy. It's sturdy. It's smooth. It just works. I am using with an HX Stomp, and it was plug and play, literally. Just setup the controls to do what you want and you're good to go.Avoid my mistake and just get this one from the start. Yeah, it's double the money, but it's like 50 times a better pedal.

Works well with my Helix Stomp XL. You'll need a TRS Y cable to use it with the Stomp XL for a full experience.

This pedal works flawlessly with HX Stomp XL. To get the toe switch operation (switch from wah to volume and back), either use a TRS to TS Y cable and use both outputs on the pedal ton the single TRS input on the stomp or use a single TRS cable from Exp 1 output to the stomp EXP input. Either way, the toe switch works to go back and forth between two different assignments that use the pedal (wah, volume, etc).

Toe Switch Feature will not work with Helix LT making it useless for wanting to have it as a designated Wah Pedal.

With my Line6 Helix Stomp box, it is actually two pedals in one. Click it all the way down and it becomes a 2nd pedal type, depending on your programming. First can be VOLUME and after clicking, it can become WAH-WAH, for example. Note, you will need an additional special cable. 1/4" stereo to two mono 1/4" cables. And your unit would have to be able to accept the dual pedal programming mode. Even comes with an adjustment allen wrench for tightness of movement.

Works great with the HELIX. No adjustment necessary.

This pedal is built like a tank and does a great job. It works as intended and adds great flexibility to the helix unit when performing.
