Which direction do I put these filters on the green enclosure? Rougher side towards back, or rougher side towards front? Thanks!

Coarser filter goes to the back so that it can remove the bigger particles before filtering on the finer side. My filter unit has two cartridges so I change one alternately every time I do a water change, every 3 weeks.

Can someone please measure the filter with a ruler. Several people have asked and no one has answered with actual measurements.

Thank you for asking Penny! They are 5-3/4" high x 4.5" wide.

have a filter with red insert carbon filter has to be attached to fits inside of 35 gallon filter can't remember which filter type it was help

I would recommend you call our team at 1-800-526-0650 if you think it was one of ours. The red insert could be a bio grid which comes with one of our lines. Also, look at the top of the filter. We mold the model name and size in all of our lids.

im needing to find the "cage/holder for theses filters. Any one have a Parrt #?

no ..don't have a part...write to the company...
