Why isn't my enova focusing? i'm about 14" from the camera. i've held my hand closer to the camera and it is never in focus. connected to an imac.

It may be defective. Get in touch with the supplier. Mine focuses well. I think earlier versions did not have auto focus. But this model should have it. You can also try installing their software but I don't think it has anything to do with focuses
