Delicious soup
I live miso soup and this made my lunchtime so easy. Great quality at a good price. High quality ingredients and not overly salty. The aroma is strong but tasty and it is very easy to store the rest, warrantying its shelf life

I love this stuff. Just be sure to read the instruction to make the broth. This doesn't sound like much product, but it only takes a very small amount to make the broth.

Great base for miso soup
Bought specifically to use for miso and it really gives a nice depth to miso! There’s a large amount of the dashi powder which made it so worth it for the price! It was packaged well, shipped fast, and I’m hoping it’ll last long in my pantry!
