I just seasoned it and had it up to 500 degrees on a 90 degree day. After I shut it down I checked the surface temp with a heat gun. However the legs are adjustable and our ate the whole up out for adjustment. **Q: Can this unit be used indoors** A: This unit is meant to be used outdoors to get the best and safest use.
