Zwilling Cornelia Polletto Frying Pan

Had a small one already so knew they were excellent. Ordered this set, keeping the small new one just for eggs where I definitely don't want them sticking. Other 3 are now the only fry pans I have for general use. Recommended & v good value.

A very well designed, constructed and finished frying pan, ideal for cooking things like omelettes that mustn't stick. No sign of coating deteriorating yet, and hand-washing should preserve it for as long as possible.

It sticks and now the inner coating appears to be coming away. Not very good value

Si on respecte les conseils d'entretiens, au niveau lavage mais aussi cuisson (ne pas dépasser un certain niveau de chauffe) c'est une excellente poêle ! La chaleur est diffusée uniformément pdt la cuisson, absolument aucune accroche .. si le plat n'est pas bon ce n'est pas de la faute de la poêle 😜 . Bref habitué à cuisiner avec des poêles Tefal dont le revêtement anti adhésif laissé à désirer, et la chaleur pas du tout diffusée uniformément, je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat.. je regrette juste de ne pas mettre décidé à acheter des poêles de qualité avant.. Excellente idée cadeau pour les amateurs de cuisine, ou tout simplement pour soit 😀

Ein wunderbares Pfannenset. Sind die besten Pfannen die ich je hatte. Beschichtung nach einem Jahr wie neu. Kein Ansetzen und die Reinigung einfach super. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Almanya’dan gelmesine rağmen 1 haftadan kısa bir sürede elime geçti. İlk izlenimim oldukça iyi. Malzeme çok kaliteli. Sapı fotoğrafta ağır gözükse de ağırlık merkezi gövde de toplanmış, yani tava yatmıyor. Gözü kapalı birkaç tavayı elinizle test etseniz bunun bir Alman üretimi olduğunu rahatça anlarsınız. Yapışmazlık özelliği için şimdiden konuşmak erken. Elmas kaplama olması uzun yıllar dayanacağına işaret ediyor. Türkiye şartlarında pahalı bir tava olabilir fakat uygun bir indirim zamanında alınabilir ve buna gerçekten değer.
