Is the xylitol in this product synthetic or naturally sourced?

I honestly don't know, but the company is in Spain, and prides itself on natural ingredients. It works well, at any rate. I have the worst dryness, from Sjogrens, and this helps . As does the spray.

How long will two gel packs last? I have Sjogrens, so would not only use it at night.Thanks

I use it and a variety of other products on an as needed basis so can't predict how long it would last you. I can't even predict how long it would last me but prefer XyliMelts for night use.
