मै ये review हिंदी मे लिख रहा हू. मैने ये chimney auto clean feture के साथ खरीद ली थी मैने पहिली बार chimney खरीदी है इसका मुझे कोई अनुभव नही था मैने सोचा auto क्लीन ka मतलब वह अपने आप साफ होती होगी लेकिन ऐसा कुछ नही है दोस्तो. ये आपकी दिशाभूल करणे के लिये है. मै हर दस दिन बाद chimney साफ करता हू पर 2 साल बाद chimney ka आवाज इतना बढ गया की कुछ सुनाई नही पद रहा इस वजह से मैने कंस्टमर सर्विस को कॉल किया उन्होने असिस्टंट भेजा 4 दिनो बाद वह घर आकर chimney को खोला और बोलें इसका फॅन बदलणार पडेगा और उस्का पुरा खर्च 6500 बताया ताओ मैने बोला और 5000 डालके नया chimney आजाएगा वो बोलें कोई warranty नही है फॅन के लिये only मोटर के साथ ही warranty है आपको karna है तो बटाओ नही तो हमारा 400 rs व्हिसीटींग charge और 500 rs इन्स्पेकशन charge dedo हम चाले जाते है तो मेरे पास कोई option नही बचा इसलिये मैने आखिर 6500 खर्च कर अपनी chimney ठीक करावा ली. मुझे इस बात ka अफसोस है की 5 साल extended warranry होने के बावजुद इतना खर्च आया तो दोस्तो इस chimney को खरीदने ka सुजावं मै आपको नही दे रहा. बायकोट Elica brand... Shame on you fraud coustomer service and fraud company.
