Just put a panel-mount USBC female connector on the enclosure and feed the charger from there. A nice feature is that you can use the whatever-you-made while it's plugged in and charging. Some similar power boards suppress output while being charged. The board has status lights (e.g. low power, charging) which I haven't found a good way to expose. Probably needs a fiber or light-pipe if that's important (it hasn't been for my projects). Not really a whiz when it comes to electronics, but the tutorial they had made it very simple. I plan on buying one or two more to do other projects.
