These are my first LED headlights and can't compare with other LEDs. I didn't expect top quality for the price and lack of brand, but after 3 weeks I'm extremely pleased so far. +PROS +These are brighter than the stock Wagner lamps and the aftermarket Hella lamps I ran with for almost 20 years, but not overly bright. I'm not out in the countryside and don't require a daylight-maker like some. +Easy to install. I was done in 20 minutes, and that's with fumbling with tools in the dark. Truly plug & play on a '98 Jeep Wrangler TJ without any modding necessary. You just need a T15 Torx driver with a long, thin shaft. +I have not had any glitchiness or shorting-out like some people report with low-price LEDs. Solid and steady so far. +After about 3 weeks and a full range of weather conditions (hot, cold, rainy, dry) there has been no sign of condensation behind either lens, a frequent problem with some other LEDs both cheap and expensive. +I did not need to adjust the aim. I have not had oncoming drivers flash me due to being aimed too high or too bright. +Adapter cables not needed, though they seem to be of decent quality. I do have plans for those: my stock H4 sockets corroded and failed a few years ago and the cheap replacements I installed are terrible and showing signs of a quick death soon. My plan is to cut the H13 ends off the provided adapters and solder them in as the new permanent H4 sockets, so nice bonus for me. They'll sit in a drawer until the time comes. +Dark lens looks great on my black Jeep. I shall paint the rusting trim bezels to match. +After Lightning Deal and coupon savings I got these for only $63. I see these available as Lightning Deals frequently, so wait and watch if you need to save a buck. Good value. -CONS None so far! I'm a hard-to-please shopper. Most stuff is unimpressive. But I'm impressed. Will update if that changes.

It looks awesome on my TJ, easy to install

I bought these headlights to use in my 81 Camaro Z28, because they look awesome and blacked-out. They look absolutely amazing in person, super shiny. Looks like a crystal ball with more crystal balls inside the unit. these lights are almost 3 times heavier than I thought they would be (a good thing). I had to modify my Z28 headlight buckets to accept them. They aren't fully installed but they will. (If they won't fit, I'll update) to modify the buckets, you must completely cut off the flat back part of them, (the flat part with the big hole, with 2 half circles ajoining to it) . Be sure for Leave the radiused transition edge for strength. In other words, the piece you cut off should only be flat metal, with the edges completely flat like a huge metal washer. You can very easily cut the back off with regular tin snips. Then sand the cut line so that you don't cut yourself. *note* - The outer stainless steel ring that holds the headlight into the bucket (with 3 bent tabs), does fit a bit looser than I would like it to, but it should be ok. remember, the headlight fits around the perimeter with the 3 raised tabs fitting into the 3 pressed tabs of the bucket. This automatically aligns the headlight perfectly. It's almost like they are meant to fit an 81 Camaro, except for the cutting of the back end of the bucket. these lights so far would be worth double the price easily, once you see them in your hands.
