I’ve been taking the MegaFood Vitamin D3 2000 IU for a few weeks now and I can honestly say I feel a difference in my overall energy and mood. I picked this one because it’s made with real food ingredients and is certified non GMO, vegetarian, and kosher. It’s hard to find supplements that check all those boxes and still feel like something I can trust. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, which is a big plus for me. I also like that it’s just one tablet a day so I don’t have to keep track of multiple doses. My 88 year old Mother broke her femur bone.The Dr. went on at length after the surgery,that if he did not see any sign of healing that he would have to go back in and use cadaver bone.I took her in not long after surgery and he was amazed that he saw hazing.I brought her back 4 months after surgery and he was absolutely astounded at the healing that he saw. He was smiling and laughing and shaking his head,he sat down and looked at me and said that the bone healing that he was looking at,is usually not seen until 6 months! My Mom was able to start putting 50% of her body weight on that leg as long as she wore a removable locked cast while in rehab.She should be walking by the time the Dr. originally thought she should just be beginning to heal! I also use the blood builder by Mega Foods,and my Mom's Cardiologist said that her blood work id beautiful.as she put it! I can not say enough about this brand of vitamins! I for one,am a believer!

High quality vitamin

I have tried other Vitamin D. Brands but this one is the best. It has ALL natural food ingredients and keeps my Vitamin D. Level normal on lab testing. I have been taking it for over 5 years. highly recommend.
