Get the right tools for the job!
Items seem solidly made. Only used those need to fit hose spring clips and yes, it did make it easy where as I would have struggled otherwise. The ratchet action is really essential and as I needed the clips as open as possible had to grind the limiting tang on the clip so the next notch the ratchet would engage.

For DIY perfect at the £ If I was earning a living with these I'd probably pay 3 times more But for occasional use at the price recommended

Should have got these a long time ago.
These tools work great, there are of good quality. My regular pliers would not work to tight of a spot, kept slipping off. These tools work great. one for tight places, one for not slipping, one for special clamps and one to help remove hoses.
