**Q: How do I contact your customer service? And why are amazing telling me to wait when you say you’ll send it the same day?**
A: I have same issue as well. I called amazon 3 times, at the first they told they are waiting special courier as it’s a heavy item. At the second they promised to dispatch between 24-48 hours. Sadly this was only 3 stage available on amazon, I wish I didn’t order it.
