Not instant yeast
This is not instant yeast. Instant yeast can be directly added to bread mix without proofing. I tried it with this yeast and the bread didn’t rise at all. This is old fashioned dry active yeast which requires proofing before mixing dry ingredients. It’s a shame that bake king is mis-labeling cheaper dry active yeast as instant yeast.

Go for it. It's works good and is worth the money
I was looking for a good quality yeast since a long time, many active dry yeasts did not work for me, but then i got this instant yeast and it does wonders in baking. I have used it multiple times and it works good. Just seal the zip and store it in the freezer. I have baked buns, breads, pizzas and they rise really well also this Yeast does not leave any taste behind. Just to be sure put it in a luke warm water and sugar before mixing in the dough.
