The little red pointer arrow tends to break rather easily, but other than that, this is a solid device....and the company's customer service is top shelf.An employee claimed "it just broke", but clearly it appeared to have been dropped during cleaning and/or transfer to another liquid storage container. I called Scilogex's customer service, and they emailed a warranty return form (3 year company warranty). All that was required to start the process was the serial number off the original box.The service representative also mailed extra pointer arrows free of charge. Mailed the cleaned device back to Scilogex, and 3 business days later, I had an email and a tracking number for the replacement unit. Less than 10 day turnaround from start to finish.This bottletop dispenser is worth it, if only for way Scilogex backs up their products....the fact that it's a good bottletop dispenser is a bonus.

Absolutely cuts measuring time in half. Set your ml and pump away! I filled 60 bottles in one minute. Buying more of these immediately!

The blue plastic parts are very fragile. The upper and lower retention rings both failed catastrophically on the first use. The replacement retention rings broke in half while I was cleaning it after the second use. I'm going to try gluing them back together with epoxy and fiberglass tape as a reinforcement until I can order a different brand. No chemicals were dispensed that aren't approved as being safe. The retention rings weren't exposed to anything that wouldn't be considered normal use.I would not recommend this product.

Arrived defective, leaks and has a no return policy. Save your money and buy a better quality item.
