I bought this for my 2007 Harley to replace the long whip antenna. It’s amazing how clear the reception is on the radio given the small size of the antenna. The package came with everything needed to assemble and install it and was really easy. The antenna is well-made and looks great.

These look absolutely amazing on the bike much better than the tall long ones especially the one that broke and they went on almost effortlessly the hardest part was getting the old rusted one off but nothing some PB blaster couldn't fix. If you have a touring Harley and you're not sure how to get this off go on YouTube and search doc Harley he has a video called "Hey Doc I broke my AM/FM antenna what do I do." That video will give you the clue that you need to get this off after that it's super easy and it works great. The reception is Crystal clear they're much lower profile and they look fantastic.

Easy low profile replacement for two antennae that nobody uses! Why is there no light kit that deletes these? Nobody uses their CB or their FM radio on their Harley any more! I will say that on my tour pack the threads are not deep enough. The bottom out inside the antenna before its all the way threaded down, leaving an unfinished look.

They look good on the bike but don't preform very well. The radio doesn't come in a clear as with the original antenna

I purchased this thinking well what the heck if they work great if they don’t, at least I don’t have those big whips back there flailing around in the wind on my road glide. To my surprise, they have picked up radio stations 10 times better than the original 18 to 24 inch antennas that I had on my bike. They are not in your face whenever you’re opening up your luggage compartment they look sleek and stylish and do a really good job. I would recommend this for anyone looking for what I mentioned above.
