I first discovered the MUNBYN IMC01 at a friend's place and was impressed with its performance, so I decided to purchase one for myself. The machine works flawlessly, accurately counting mixed denominations with ease. What impressed me even more was the exceptional customer service. I reached out to them to request an update so the counter could include Suriname’s currency (SRD). They were incredibly polite, quick to respond, and the update process was straightforward and seamless. My machine now counts SRD effortlessly! To top it off, I was able to share the update with my friend so he could also enhance his machine. This money counter has exceeded my expectations in both functionality and support. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and versatile money counter! We are most happy with it's ability to automatically detect different currencies and handle mixed denominations with ease. I was happy until it’s Restart button stop working.when pressed makes beep but doesn’t restart count.also keep adding while add is off.the same button does work for printing though.i looked some info online and clean inside out im still nowhere close to fixing it.broke within 2 years paid almost grand for everything.its just sitting ideal for last 6..7 months in my business.not happy

I bought this counter because it looked like it would last and would be dependable. It allows me to count and organize the cash from my business nice and easy. Would recommend!

The machine is awesome

This machine counts very well and the customer service support is great. I needed to add several exotic currencies to the firmware and the customer service send me the file and guided the install. Very happy with the purchase!

In FAQ it says that this machine is programmed for AED currency as well, it’s a false statement. Secondly I tried to use it for USD and it jams a lot, issues with the new bill recognition as well, so you have to go over and over again just to count those final bills. Disappointed… Returned back through Amazon Customer Care and getting my refund soon. Don’t waste your time and money. Just buy something bit more expensive and well known brand.

I’m a Singapore based customer and bought the product recently. Initial impression of the built and craftsmanship of the product it feels pretty robust and well made. After turning on, the rollers and interface of the machine feels pretty top tier. However, there was an issue with the Singaporean currency not being listed. ( it’s not a default currency on the machine ) called the WhatsApp service line and they responded pretty promptly and I now have 9 different currencies from my region in the cash counter. Good stuff.
