Quality fithers, easy to install

(Photo shows a bit of a Rube Goldberg setup but I did not want to redo the whole thing. one day maybe...) Based on some extensive research, speaking with John at iSpring and being ignored by my local water treatment company, I ordered a WGB21B 2-Stage Whole House Water Filtration System. The filter I got with the original did remove the smell but only lasted about a week before it returned. I called iSpring again to discuss this with John. He suggested I try this pair of filters: iSpring F2WGB21BKS which he sent to me. Going on 2 weeks and smell is gone. I'm on a 150 ft. well in Central Florida. John has been a great help through this process after dealing with the company that installed my system and dug my well but decided I was no longer worth their time. I would be remiss if I didn't thank Sean (sp) at iSpring who was my initial contact. Whatever they're doing at iSpring for customer service should be the standard.

I’ve been using these filters for years with great results. Always fit perfectly, they do a great job of filtering with an odor free result. The flow rate/psi differential stays at ~8 to 10 psi until they need changing out. They last a long time. They never come apart and are simple to replace.

Product works well, removes odor from well water, just wish it lasted longer

The iSpring whole house filter is extremely effective in filtering water, specifically well water in southern Alberta. Changing filters was simple and quick. Although it was helpful that the person that changed the filter was the one that installed the system. For my part, it was ordering the system and filters and communicating with Francis with iSpring. Francis provided exceptional service and gave me helpful and professional advice on more than one occasion. Much appreciated! Thank you again.
