Excellent product, well built and compatible with RF universal remote for home automation I was looking for a motorized window treatment capable of covering a big surface. It was really difficult to find because most of the retail stores carry up to 70” window width and compatible with a RF universal remote. I used the BroadLink RMP4 for this purpose (https://amzn.to/3EJbyjl) .I spent few months comparing manufacturers and getting quotations. I ended up going with this manufacturer because the customer service answered all my questions and accommodated all my requests. Given the tailored aspects of the product (product width and length are custom made), it was delivered within 10 days. The process is very simple: once the order is placed, a confirmation email with the entered specifications is reviewed by a customer servie person, then a confirmation email was sent to me. After the conformation, I received a tracking number within a couple of days. The installation was very simple and was able to have the roller blind running within 30 min. The remote control is conveniently pre-programmed by the vendor and easily linked with BroadLink RMP4 (https://amzn.to/3EJbyjl) for home automation. The motor is low noise. This motorized 63-inch room darkening roller shade with remote control was delivered undamaged, three days earlier than expected, after meticulous confirmation by the customer service department. Mounting it requires the same attention to detail, because once mounted, the screws become inaccessible to all but a right-angled screwdriver. I had some difficulty interpreting the photos in the installation brochure (ceiling mount) to my wall-mount requirement at first, because there was no parts diagram of how the end pieces fitted into the center tube. Given the length and weight of the blind, and the unavailability of help, I slipped a wire tie over its center (rolled up, of course) and suspended the blind from the central curtain rod bracket. With the motor end in the right side mount, I slid the left mounting clip on, and marked the wall at the other end through the bracket holes, thereby eliminating measurement errors. In retrospect, it would have been far easier (with an outside mount) to order a blind long enough to mount into the center of the studs. As it was, the pilot holes grazed the sides of the studs, which prevented the plastic wall anchors from properly expanding behind the drywall. However, once completed, the whole assembly is solid, the lessons are learned, and the blind works perfectly, reducing the heat, and darkening the room with the touch of a button. The company offers a video for installation, but the offer is currently noted on the brochure, which comes in the box. It would be more timely and useful if on the website, or YouTube. "How To" videos are more useful than sales demos.

I bought multiple shades. They sent me the first one as a trial run. Once we confirmed that one, they sent the rest. I also had problems with the programming on one of the 5 shades I purchased. The directions for the programming is unintelligible, but they always responded quickly to my questions and helped me ultimately resolve the issue. Even well after I had purchased the units, they continued to always be responsive and helpful. Also, one of the shades had a small piece crack during shipment. They sent me a replacement piece right away and gave me a 15% discount without me asking. Overall, I had a very good experience with the customer service. Install was quick. Programming is confusing as hell at first, but once you do it once, its not too bad. They work like a charm and look great. I'm only taking away a star because the material of the shade itself isn't amazing. Its a bit more on the plastic side than the fabric side. Its not terrible, but would have liked to see the material be of a little bit higher quality.

This shade works well and the company was very involved in the whole process. They contacted me right away to explain their product even more than the description on Amazon. They then explained how I should measure my window, twice, to be sure they had the right measurements. Once it arrived, ahead of schedule, they contacted me right away to make sure that it had arrived intact and if it was working. I needed help putting it up, just because of the length of it. It was easy to install. It runs smoothly and it is pretty quiet. I just have to get my dog used to it’s movement, she is nervous around anything that moves. I would buy from them again.

I bought just 1 motorized window at the begining to get to know what the quality would like. The customer service to confirm the detail, and coordinate the shipping was nice and easy. I received the product on time, easy to install and not hard to adjust the remote controller either. I then decide to use them for almost the rest of windows in my house ( mixed with motorized and manual shades). We love them very much, not just the quallity, color, but material we choose are all wonderfdul. No exception, among all > 20 shades, I had one of them fail to pull-down & up probably damaged during the shippment. Their customer care took it very seioursely and they replied back to my feedback and repalced it failrly quickly. I will definitelly use their product again if I every have any more needs.

This blind is perfect, we were climbing in and out of the bath to close the previous one and this is a game changer. Super easy to install, the remote was really easy once I found a video on YT. The instructions lack a little. Apart from that I couldn’t ask for more. Super happy with this blind and communication from the seller to double check measurements. Update, this blind really is great, the battery lasted a year before having to charge again. Very impressed!
