First of all, let me just say that I was pleasantly surprised by the size of these gummy lobsters. They're about the size of a real small lobster, which is great for those of us who want to feel like we're chomping down on a real sea creature (without actually having to go through the trouble of catching one). The flavor is a little hard to describe, but I'll try my best: it's sort of like a mix between strawberry and cherry. It's sweet, but also has a little bit of a kick to it. I'm not sure if this is what real lobsters taste like, but I'm willing to suspend my disbelief and just enjoy these tasty treats. One word of caution: these gummy lobsters are a little sticky, so make sure you have a napkin handy. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, you could just lick the stickiness off your fingers and pretend you're a sea monster. Your call. All in all, I'd say these red Bulk Candy, Gummy Lobsters are a fun and tasty treat that are perfect for anyone with a sense of humor (and a tolerance for sweets).

Love everything about this candy. Great quality, freshness, taste, softness. They are addictive, can't just have one. So glad Amazon carries them!

These were very hard, like they are stale. Nasty tasting flavor. No returns so I threw 5 pounds away.

This is the second time I have ordered these for wedding welcome bags. They are substantial in size, taste yummy and the count was accurate. As it is the middle of the summer, these were packaged with a cool gel pack to keep them intact. Definitely will order again!

The amount I got for the cost was good. I was able to get about 20 mini bags of candies for my wedding welcome bags. I did feel that the candies were a little bit too sweet, I was hoping for them to be more gummy like Swedish fish. But that’s more of a personal preference many of my guests enjoyed them!

I purchased the red lobster dummies to set out at my daughter's Friends themed bridal shower. It was 102 degrees on the day they were to be delivered. I was worried that they might be delivered all melted but they were on the porch when I got home but when I opened them they were fine. They were cute and very tasty. People commented on how yummy they were and since we had a lot left over, they were very happy to take some home since I didn't want candy at my house to tempt me. A few weren't very lobster looking but people just laughed about the gummy blobs and ate them anyway. Only a very, very picky person would be bothered by this. I'm very glad that I chose this brand.

The taste is not very cherry and the it leaves an aftertaste.
