Ladies! This is the spray to use! I’m darker skinned so the dry hands show up as white and it just looks like baby powder. I use this spray behind my knees on my shoulder and hands and could go 5 sets and be great! And I’m a heavy sweater. It’s easy to spray on super quick, easy to wash off zero problems definitely worth the price because that bottle will last you. The GRIP this product brings is out of this world made it 10000x easier. Bottle is durable enough to spray quick on you then throw on the stage real quick before starting. And it’s incredibly functional.

Perfect for sport when you need the extra grip

I use this spray when braiding horses manes and it is a life saver! Normally I would use water but some manes are slippery or short and require more grip. This spray is easy to use and makes a world of difference in the turn out of those manes!

This is good for learning new tricks. I would spray my legs to improve skin grip. I didn’t like it for my hand because I have sweaty hands and then my hands would be sweaty and sticky. Lots of other people liked it and it became the community grip. It’s always nice to experiment with different grips.

I use it in catchball play and it provides a great grip

I’m writing this to warn others about the serious allergy reaction I had from using this product. The first time I applied Grip It, I broke out in painful, itchy rashes all over my body. I had to visit a doctor and spend over $200 on medication. It took several weeks to recover after I stop using it. When I didn’t use it while poling – no issues at all. Then recently, I needed some extra grip for a new move, so I gave this another try. Within hours, the rashes came back even worse. That confirms without a doubt: this product is the cause. It’s been days, and the rash is spreading. Medication doesn’t help anymore. I’ve never been allergic to anything before in my life. This product seriously harmed my skin and well-being. The seller should warm users about the potential allergy reaction on the label, and it even consider remove or reformulate this product immediately. Amazon should seriously reconsider allowing this product to be sold. I urge others to be cautious.

Excellent product Using it for aerial acrobatic

Literally the best grip. It takes about 60 seconds to fully dry down but you're able to do normal tasks, just with a little added grip. The only issue I have is that the bottle usually leaks but otherwise, this is portable, useful, lasts as long as you need it to, and washes off easily. I love this grip!

Ich habe mir den Grip fürs Pole Training bestellt. Ich hab immer sehr schnell schwitzige Hände und somit keinen Grip mehr an der Stange. Dieses Produkt hilft hier wirklich super. Frisch aufgetragen klebt es bombe. Es ist sehr ergiblig und somit für den Preis vollkommen gerechtfertigt. Einziges Manko finde ich, dass man es von den Händen bisschen schwer wieder abbekommt und man nach einiger Zeit nochmals nachsprühen muss, da es in Verbindung mit Schweiß trotzdem weniger gut Grip gibt. Aber alles in allem sehr zufrieden damit.

My fiance is fairly new to pole dancing and this is the first grip she had tried. She's been struggling to hold herself up and was nervous that grip wouldn't make much of a difference. She decided to give this one a go, and she was wrong! All she uses is one spray per hand, or two on a particularly slippy day, and she's unlocked so many more moves and can stay up for much much longer. Her grip is no longer holding her back, so she can focus on developing her strength. It does smell a bit, however it doesn't last long after application and it's definitely worth it for how effective it is.
