how do you replace carbon after using algae tablets?

There is a filtration system in my tank placed at the upper part of the tank at the back. I open the topmost flap and you can see where these Bio-Bags are supposed to go. Take the old one out taking note of how they were inserted and do the same thing.

Cleared water

We have a minnow tank that sits in front of a window so gets a lot of algae in it. The last filters clogged so upgraded to this brand's filter and these cartridges. The water cleared up very quickly and the algae has stayed bay. Happy
