These are true to size and we wear them in ALL of our shoes. We have high arches and plantar fasciitis, these have been a game changer. Pain relief in the first week. Quality, great value, comfortable while giving correct support and easy to clean if needed.

These arch support are great. I ordered more. Extremely comfortable. They really help. I even put one in my slippers. So comfortable walking around my house even though my house is all carpeting. I know I'll purchase these in the future. Purchase one & you'll see for yourself. As an additional comment, I take a size 11 but buy 10 1/2. They fit perfectly in my shoes & definitely in my slippers. Thanks

I have only tried these for two days so I can give you only beginning thoughts. The soles are lightweight and rather stiff. They are warm and toasty. It was easy to remove and replace them with the new soles. I found the soles to be very supportive. I have a sore heel that is taking a long time to heal so I bought very supportive soles to ease the pain. It has definitely decreased heel pain and the heel fits snugly into the shaped heel and the padding is adequate. I have flat feet so I feel that my feet hurt a bit until they conform into the shape of the insole. After that, no problem. I feel that these are quality insoles and will last a year or more. Good cushioning and heel pain relief so far.

They fit great in the shoe and worked fine for the couple of weeks and then they stopped working. I didn't expect much for the price I paid and I have bad feet so, I can't blame it all on the product. I tried it and it just doesn't work for me. The reason I never returned them is because I had already worn them. I'm a bit disappointed and hoping that they would have lasted longer. They did get great reviews from others and that is why I bought them; so they may work for you.

Because one of my legs is longer than the other, my chiropractor used to sell me much more expensive insoles. Each time, it took me at least a week to get used to them, sometimes even longer. This year, I decided to look for insoles that would serve the same purpose, and I came across this model by chance. It only took me two days to adapt. From my point of view, these insoles are also more comfortable—though that’s obviously a matter of personal experience.

Very durable. Great quality material. Sure helped with my pain from standing 8 hour shifts. Very easy to insert. They didn't smell which is nice.

My shoe size is 11.5 and my weight is 300. I am very happy with these insoles. The orthopedic supports don't rub and are exactly where they should be. My feet stay dry all day and don't stick to the insole. I won't even complain about the high price, I'm so satisfied with the purchase.

Son has flat feet and this is one of the only insoles that have helped with how foot pain.

The arch support is not as "solid" as I was expecting it to be, support is too soft. The middle bump is too high, under the ball rather than lower, where it should be. Alright for price, but not really what I was after.

The insoles has low support, I am dissapointed and bought another type for same money 3/4 lenth and they are great. Do not spend money, search another one.
