Gene Blast Black Magic Pre Workout – Strength, Energy, Focus & Muscle Pumps | BCAA + EAA | High Stim | No Crash | 720g (Blue Raz)

I've previously used Warrior Pre-Workout, Optimum Nutrition Gold and Myprotein Origin. The first were good at what they did but I really found the Origin powder had an edge with the stim element. Gene-Blast just seems to be better than Origin. I just power through my sessions now and find myself upping my routine regularly while Origin took longer to make gains. A few random points: The Blue flavour has a dye in it goes right through you. The Fruit flavour doesn't. As with stimmy pre-workout powders there is a crazy tingling and sometimes digestive upset you might experience. After you've taken this for a while you're body adapts. Ride it out. I know this is a big no no but... I've come home from a busy day and had very little sleep the night before. This has enough oomph to wake me up and allow me to exercise in some if not full capacity. Feels cleaner/safer than Origin. Tingling is minimal and heart rate is more chilled out. Definitely feel I've been getting better results with this though. I'm not a serious weight lifter and might have different expectations from this product to others. But it definitely does the trick for me.

I’m leaving a long review so hopefully people avoid this brand Supposed to be bubble gum tasted of chemicals and cherry I did a comparison to my other pre workout the scoop is a protein powder size scoop for my other pres it’s a small scoop you get less from the big scoop all the combination of ingredients is effecting the taste apparently the company is now defunct, according to smell and clumping it’s expired or stored wrong there social page has 17k followers but is blank an not accepting messages way over priced at £32 not effective gave me a weird jittery vibe for 150mg to 200mg per scoop no expiry date iv taken 350mg an 400mg caffeine before and been fine threw it in the bin after trying it rank as I had better results from a £10 product I bought in a supermarket a while back for an experiment iv been in the gym over the yrs and tested tried a lot of products more is not often better if you need 64g per 300ml of water

What can I say about this pre work out, everything from the packaging, the taste and most importantly the performance levels are 10/10. Mixes in perfectly with water. I’ve tried many pre work outs and this one is by far the best one yet, packed with 300mg of creatine is great bang for your buck. Energy levels at the gym are excellent with no comedown crash after it as you get with other products. Highly recommend and I’ll certainly be buying again!

Not excellent but not bad, price should be lower imo due to cheaper ingredients and it feeling like a regular pre nothing special

Good product but sour apple flavor isn't really sour apple it tastes more like a green's powder I've given it two stars for the flavour good ingredients in the pre-workout but the makers of this pre-workout need to improve on the sour apple flavour

I like this Pre-Workout, I take one scoop for normal workout and two scoops for my legs days, and I switch to stim-free afterward.... It has a really good value for the money as it is 600g tub THAT YOU WON'T FIND IN other brands preworkout as they cut down the size in servings and it has S7 too plus the anti-crash formula, the only downside is the flavour is not good! I bought the watermelon and it wasn't my cup of tea; I am gonna try the other flavours and update my review after trying it out.

Great item worth the money

Never write reviews, but this is an exceptionally bad product so I had to spread awareness. The apple flavour is disgusting and smells as bad as it tastes. Had to throw the tub away after having it once and couldn’t even finish it to see the results- 1 sip is enough to make u puke ur week’s meals out. Change the flavour recipe or remove it - either this is an anomaly or these products are not made for human consumption. Absolutely gutted I spent money on this garbage and feel scammed.
