Do these have a warranty period? I bought some in Sept and on first use in November the bag has ripped where the handle is attached to the side.

Hello, we provide you with a one-year warranty period from the date of purchase. If you have any questions during this warranty period, you can email us to solve it.

Is it possible to just buy one bag and not three? I'd be perfectly willing to pay 1/3 the price for just one bag, if possible. Thanks!

Sorry, we can only offer 3-packs at the moment, and three-packs are more affordable.Perhaps you could combine your order with family or friends.Happy shopping！

Do these bags smell bad? I'm referring to that horrible chemical 'plastic' smell. Thank you.

Occasionally, our products may have a slight smell due to the manufacturing process. However, please be reassured that this is normal and does not contain any harmful substances. Simply remove the bags from the packaging, and the odor will naturally dissipate within 1-2 days.
