Helps so much!! I feel so much pain, I feel like my veins are being ripped out of my legs and these tablets have made my life better. I seriously can't tell you what a difference they have made. Although I still get these horrible leg cramps these help calm them down and I take 2 at night before they start and some nights I do not get them at all. I have prescription meds that don't help this much!! If you are suffering please try them!!

Got these for my mom cause she was getting leg cramps! She swears by them at 87 young and she says fast relief easy to take! Also price and quantity is good! Highly recommend and will buy again!

What I like is that without these I'd be in agony from the pain of leg cramps for much longer than with them. The flavor is meh, not worth worrying about. What I dislike is that it takes 1/3 to 1/2 a bottle to actually do what one quinine pill used to do. Their recommended dosage is quite ineffective but since they say to take 2-3 pills every 15 minutes if the first dose doesn't work, I simply compressed the time frame because I'm unwilling to undergo the agony any longer than absolutely necessary to get some relief. I've encountered no apparent ill effects from doing this. It's about time the meddling government bureaucrats got the heck out of my medication cabinet and let me take quinine pills again along with some other prohibitions they've imposed. Other than the large dosage to be effective I would recommend these to a friend if they have intermittent leg cramps.
