There are several cheaper alternatives but after having bad luck with covers that fell apart quickly, I chose to spend a little more and I’m glad I did. This product is well-made and I believe it will last a long time.I chose the greenish/teal color and I’ve received numerous compliments on it. The cover looks more expensive than it is. Its well-made but not overly heavy. The fit onto my iPad is good and the case seems sturdy. Controls are easily located and the volume increase/decrease control is improved with up and down slightly protruding switches making it easier to locate the controls. Positioning system for hands free use works like a charm and stays in position. Regrettably, my photos don't do the color justice as it is deep rich teal. I showed the side-view to note that it's not too thick of cover, which is just what I wanted. The instant sleep upon closure is great! I also like the magnetic flap closure as it's instant and feels secure. And the overall texture and feel of the folio is really nice, too.
