Though it has not reduced my BP as expected, it does keep in under control. Most important, it completely cured my slight headache, which used to be present all the time, (which I thought everybody has). I take one pill of 500mg in the morning after breakfast. I also take one 500mg Ashwagandha after dinner. I believe that the herbs should not be mixed and taken, I believe that at a time only one herb should be taken.

Arjuna - the bark of the tree- is a age old proven medicine to strengthen cardiac myscles.
I have been taking Arjuna tablets on the advice of the family doctor. I was using a different brand- also well known but of lower strength. The ayurvedic pharmacist suggested this. We are familiar of Sri Ravishankar, and I bought it and used. This is the third bottle. In contrast to the capsule form, this is a tablet easier to swallow.
