Better sleep. Does not help me fall asleep, 100% helps me stay asleep. There are so many benefits (i suggest googling them) The reason I started taking this supplement was to help collagen production (requires large doses daily.upwards of 7 grams) It does help with this main reason, over time fine lines filled in a bit (not completely gone but definitely some firmness came back to my face) (Requires 2 other supplements for best results - easy to look up) I keep taking these as they help me stay asleep. I get some of the best sleep I've had taking these nightly. Even if it did nothing for collagen production, I will take these just to get that wonderful restful sleep. (Through sheer discipline and routines ive managed to get to a point where I fall asleep around 1 am instead of staying up until 4 or 5am) Capsule is easy to swallow. Standard capsule size with white powder inside. No bad side effects that ive noticed. No taste at all. If taking just the powder sans capsule it does have a slightly sweet taste to it. You get quite a bit in the bottle for the price. I take approx 6 capsules every night (plus another 4 during the day sometimes) and this bottle lasts me 1.5 months. Quality product. (I take other double wood supplments as they are one of my go to brands because its always quality with a good quantity)

I take 2 capsules of Glycine every night after dinner (among a few other supplements). I'm sleeping much better! I think all of their products are great and fairly priced. Their Essential Amino Acids are one of my favorites.

Picked this up to help with relaxation and sleep. Works well, and the capsules are easy to take. Very helpful for winding down at night.

Inicialmente, lo compré para poder dormir bien, las recomendaciones fueron muy buenas. Tengo que ser honesta, apenas lo estoy empezando a usar, y parece que sí me está funcionando y eso que sólo me tomo 1 cápsula al día. Pero también me llamó la atención que ayuda al hígado y a los riñones, eso me parece excelente porque traigo un tema con el hígado, veré con el tiempo cómo reacciono.
