I have been using Stabil for years and so far, my gas has not degraded during storage. I always add Stabil to the gas I have stored for use in my lawn and garden equipment.

Quick ship and good price but this stuff is like a nutritional supplement, we use it but does it really work? I have no idea but I'm faithful with it in all of my gas cans. I guess you just have to believe in it...

Keeping gasoline from the Fall until Spring, for lawn mowers, the mowers still start great! I keep some stabilized gasoline in storage for an emergency electric generator, so I don't get caught with stale gasoline that doesn't want to to let the generator start. It's quite useful, plus saves you from having to get rid of gasoline that has lost its volatility.

Up until now, all the bottles of stabilizer we have purchased had a way of measuring and controlling the amount of stabilizer we put in the gas cans. We have 1 gal, 2 1/2 gal and 5 gal gas cans so we would need a measuring cup to measure the stabilizer for each gas can size. The long neck of the stabilizer bottle would be great if we could pour the stabilizer directly into the gas can but we have to measure the amount of stabilizer first. Without the measuring feature, we will not be reordering this product.
