Good value. Early days but hopefully will reap the rewards soon

I started taking this on 1st Feb to boost my libido. I threw them away on 22nd April. I have waited to write my review just to make sure it was the Maca. I haven’t had problems with my periods for 10 years, yet March’s cycle came with pretty bad PMS, which, at the time, I blamed on circumstances (son and husband not helping enough around the house etc..) but this cycle (April) I was a monster. For the 2 weeks prior, I had anxiety, felt flat, super negative, super angry etc. It was horrendous, and I have horrid to my loved ones. I was not able to focus in my job properly. I found myself crying my eyes out in a supermarket car park. Luckily, as I’m sensitive to supplements, I put a reminder in my calendar to say ‘Maca: How are you feeling?’ Which popped up right on time. I found an article online which multiple people have commented on with their negative experiences of Maca making them feel ‘crazy’. I’m glad I found that article, I had linked it below. Also, Maca gave me low key periods pains in the middle of my cycle and nasty sharp ovarian pains too. And in case you’re wondering, it did work slightly in increasing my libido. I feel SO much better now I’m off it. Please be careful and keep a diary of how you feel when taking this, PMS is awful. Please also note the comments from men, saying they’ve had anger issues whilst taking it. Unfortunately Amazon won’t let me put the link to the article.
