It’s made out of clay. Tastes nice and lemony. You have to use a lot, a huge amount of product for it to cover your entire mouth. It rinses well enough from your mouth, but it’s terrible to get off your toothbrush.

This toothpaste was very blah. It had no flavoring it’s brown and squiggly. It makes it hard to stay on toothbrush. No Lemon taste

I really wanted to like this toothpaste. It seemed like a good alternative to the traditional toothpastes out there but it comes with warning likely due to the clay ingredient. Unfortunately the product is not returnable for a refund. I recommend you pass on this one.

I was so looking forward to this toothpaste since it doesn’t have glycerin but unfortunately it was not pleasant. The taste wasn’t that great, the texture was like mud and it dissolved instantly when water touched it or when you put it in your mouth. I had to use so much to feel like I was getting my teeth cleaned. I tried my best to like it and use it but it just doesn’t live up to the hype at all. Very disappointed. It did make my teeth FEEL clean after but it’s not worth all the hassle. It also didn’t come in a box or anything.

You will wake up with morning breathe if you use this. It MIGHT clean your teeth but it definitely doesn’t clean your tounge all the way. And the paste doesn’t lather so you feel like it’s gone after brushing like 2 swipes. It feels like you have to keep reapplying - like last night I brushed my teeth twice bc I didn’t feel clean still after using this and I STILL woke up with morning breath. Giant waste of money

I really wanted to like this product as a more natural option to toothpaste. But it does not make my teeth feel clean. No foaming at all or staying on teeth to brush. And it didn’t have a fresh breath feeling. And for almost price over $9 for a small tube, I can’t return it bc of their no return policy

This stuff barely foams, so you need to use twice as much. It makes it seem like you're drooling dirt colored sludge (very unappealing) as you brush your teeth. There is also little feeling of freshness afterwards. The lemon taste is subdued and lost to the poor brushing experience although it does taste authentically close to natural sweetened lemon. Overall, I recommend skipping this one. If you're not too hippiefied, you may enjoy the "Salt & Lemon" made by Colgate instead.

I have tried two other fluoride-free toothpastes over the course of more than a year and this is by far the best. However, I haven't seen anyone else's review properly address something, so let's get this clear. This toothpaste contains, naturally occurring lead. But wait, there's more! Before purchasing I came across one or two reviews by, clearly absolutely paranoid people, who put the two words, lead, and poisonous together, and simply decided to make everyone else paranoid, warning to keep your yourself and your loved ones far from this product - how ironic. Do yourself a bit of proper Googling, including reading about how the manufacturer of this toothpaste, and actual scientific facts (which you can Google completely separately) point to, the fact that you are already eating naturally occurring lead, found in your beef, honey, brussel sprouts, italian salad dressing, watermelons, raisins, cucumbers, granola cereal, red apples, strawberries, and much more. Now on to better things. Upon the first time using this, I noticed it did not have the foaming agents that literally every other toothpaste ever uses. It's a bit weird to get used to this somewhat goopy stuff after using foamy toothpastes my whole life, but I'm glad that whatever that stuff is, is not in this toothpaste because it is noticeable. From the other 2 fluoride-free toothpastes I have tried before this, one of them had that particular foaming agent, and this is how I can tell the difference - I'll never go back, it's completely unnecessary and harmful. This toothpaste is what you want. It's nice to not have your mouth bombarded with chemicals and that oh-so familiar, burning and long lasting minty after effect we're all so used to. Doesn't breakfast taste just awesome after brushing your teeth? And I hate to use the word fresh here because it will sound cliche, but the freshness and cleanliness this leaves my mouth with every morning and night is seriously something to be rivaled with. I have only purchased the lemon flavor, and it tastes great, no complaints and better than I expected being so used to overpowering flavours in conventional toothpastes (I use this along with my Dr Bronner's Castile Soap in Citrus, it's nice). I'm really interested in the other flavours available so I might edit this later once I get a chance to try another one.

Teeth feel very clean with this toothpaste. It's the best toothpaste I ever tried so far and I like that the ingredients aren't harsh on teeth, gums or general health. I'm getting the whole family to switch to this toothpaste.

simply the best toothpaste ive ever used. Smells awesome and cleans my teeth very well! No flouride or any toxic harmful chemicals which makes this product the best!

I like this toothpaste. It has no nasties in it whatsoever. Tastes quite nice but I am not bothered about having "minty fresh" breath. I use it once a day, and the other time I use Dr Bronner's bar soap to make sure my teeth are bug free and squeaky clean. Earthpaste tastes as it sounds. It has plenty of clay and feels like clay to brush with, but I find that pleasant. I am well used to using bentonite clay but to some it will take a little getting used to. However persevere as you will be doing your body a big favour. As I said earlier; no nasties like flouride and sls or glycerine. It is nigh on impossible to find toothpaste with glycerine these days, even in the health shop.
