I'm so incredibly bummed that they have discontinued this product. I absolutely LOVED it, and it had wonderful results. This is the only neem tooth powder I have been able to find that also includes probiotics - it was simply the best. I wish they would bring it back. I only had the opportunity to place one order and then when I went to reorder, it was already discontinued. I called the manufacturer and everything in an attempt to get more, but they confirmed that they have pulled it from their product line. Now I'm trying other products that are as similar as I could get, but so far nothing matches the results I got from this product. My teeth and gums always felt amazingly clean and fresh after using this product and even my dentist noticed a huge difference for the better.

This is the best toothpaste! It is really a powder and can get messy with the powder flying everywhere if you try to put it on your toothbrush. So I put some in the palm of my hand and put a moistened toothbrush on top of the powder and work it in, and it sticks fine on the toothbrush. That way there is no waste. Brushing my teeth is really easy and my mouth is really clean. This completely gets rid of tartar and stains but I didn't know this when I started. I started using this because I couldn't have and fluoride toothpaste products in my system due to low thyroid condition because fluoride/bromide, etc will block iodine uptake that the thyroid needs. Had no idea what NEEM was but this product didn't have fluoride so thought I would try it. Started this 1 week before my 6 month dental cleaning. Thought it was unusual that Hygienist only took half hour to clean and I noticed she did very little to get rid of usual bad tea stains on the backs of my teeth. She asked me what I was using for toothpaste because my teeth were unusually clean. Told her about this product and she warned me I would get a lot of cavities if I didn't have fluoride toothpaste. That's when I started to take notice of this product and investigate NEEM. Found out it is antibacterial and stops the formation of bacteria that help create the tartar that can lead to cavities. There are so many good and healing things about NEEM that I had no idea about when I started with this. Forget fluoride. I am sticking with this product and it will be interesting to see just how much cleaning is required if any, at my next appointment. I also got the mouthwash and it helps keep bacteria levels down in the mouth. Think this product is great!

It has a great flavor, cleans very well and I seem to have less tarter build up. Even my the dental hygienist asked me what I was using for toothpaste because there wasn't very much for her to clean! I recently bought some for my mom to use. I also like that it only takes a tiny bit and lasts a long time. It fits well in my travel bag and there's no messy tubes to clean around the lid.

I can't say enough for Neem and how many great uses it has. But this isn't just a tooth powder - it also has Xylitol, probiotics in the form of S. Saliverus K12, calcium (in the form of calcium carbonate) and vitamin D. Go ahead and google streptococcus saliverus K12 - you will see that there have been some studies showing that it's a great probiotic for oral health that has been demonstrated to have a number of health benefits. In addition, this is fluoride free, glycerine free, etc. I used tooth powder as a kid at times, so for me, there is little adjustment to this tooth powder. I do think that people who are really used to toothpaste might require a bit of an adjustment. This stuff foams up, but it doesn't have the same feel in the mouth as toothpaste, and it probably seems odd to sprinkle powder on a damp toothbrush and then expect your teeth to end up clean. But clean they will end up! I will say one thing about the flavor - I had previously used the cinnamon flavor. To me, at least, the mint was a bit of a let down - I far prefer the cinnamon. That said, this still tastes very good (I LOVE the cinnamon and from now on that's what I'll get), but that said, I have my kids on this stuff, and they love it, too. And like most kids, if something doesn't taste good they won't go near it. They also like cinnamon better, though. A word of caution, though - this is a small bottle. All it takes is a few sprinkles and you can brush your teeth, but if you are expecting a lot of product, you'll be disappointed. The bottle itself notes that there's enough for around 200 brushings, and that seems about right (note though that I'm not sure that if you brush 2X/day, the probiotics will be alive and active after 100 days). Lastly, the price on Amazon is a good bit higher than on many other web sites, if you poke around. I'm a Prime member, so the free shipping really offsets the difference, but others might be better off elsewhere. As far as my brushing regimen, I'm now using this to start with, followed by Coral Calcium toothpaste. I love the fact that both this tooth powder and the Coral toothpaste are fluoride free - I can just swallow the stuff if I chose. Anyway, my current theory is that using this tooth powder gets my teeth clean and populates my mouth with "good" bacteria to help fight off plaque, and I follow with the Coral Calcium to help protect my enamel. I haven't been to the dentist yet, but the sensitivity I used to feel is gone. Anyway, this is great stuff and I'm combining it now with Coral toothpaste (also fluoride and glycerine free) in an experiment. So far so good. FOLLOW-UP: November 18, 2014 So I had a nice visit at the dentist's last week. The shortest visit I can ever remember having - there was nothing for the hygienist to do - she sort of made a half-hearted effort and then called the dentist. The dentist, who usually spends his time chastising me for not brushing and flossing, sort of poked around, said nothing, and sent me on my way. Previous dental visits were about 1.5 hours long, or longer - this took all of 30 minutes, and that counts wait time prior to seeing anyone. Did the dentist rave about my teeth? No, he said nothing. But my last visit he groused about stains, (alleged) poor brushing and flossing, despite me using the fluoride toothpaste he recommended, flossing 2X/day, using a water pik, etc. This time he said zilch, nada, nothing, and I was in and out in record time, and to be honest, I'm spending less time brushing and flossing than before. That says a lot in and of itself. To be clear, I've changed a lot about my oral care - I use Theraneem tooth powder Theraneem Neem Tooth & Gum Powder, cinnamon, 40g, followed by Coral toothpaste Coral White Toothpaste Mint Flavor 6 oz, and before bed I suck on a probiotic lozenge Dr. David Williams' Probiotic Advantage Oral Sinus, 50 Lozenges (50-Day Supply). Given the results, I don't plan on changing anything. At the end of the day, every morning I wake up and there's no coat on my tongue. My teeth feel slippery-fresh, and they're whiter than they have been in years (and still improving). Who am I to argue with success?

Haven't had it long enough to say that I see a difference. It does act like a toothpaste but will wait and see on the benefits.
